About Borderless
Great people are everywhere.
Finding them shouldn't be a gamble.
Borderless Solutions finds vetted remote people for US companies and runs everything after the hire: the contract, the hours, the invoice and the payment.
Why I started Borderless
I'm Benjamín Arellano, and I started Borderless Solutions from Durango, Mexico.
Before Borderless, I worked remotely for US companies myself, so I saw both sides of the same month. The company paid an invoice it could not read. The person who did the work could not see what was paid for it. Good people lost clients over confusion, and good companies stopped hiring abroad because it felt like a gamble.
So I built the company I wished I had on both sides. We find the right person, put everything in writing, and give the client and the contractor the same view of every hour. Every client talks to me before we start.
A staffing invoice usually arrives as one number. The client cannot see the hours behind it, and the person who did the work cannot see what was paid. We built our own platform so both sides read the same month.
What we hold ourselves to.
A shortlist within two days, of people we have interviewed ourselves.
Never folded into a rate, so everyone sees what reaches the person doing the work.
By the client, live, and by the contractor, to the minute.
Every rate change reaches the contractor the day it happens.
Where the people are.
We hire wherever the right person is, and match the hours to your team.
Your hours, or close to them.
Senior engineering and data, a morning ahead.
Cover before your day starts.
English-first support and operations.
Personal, at every step.
Every client has an account manager who knows the team, handles rate changes, days off, reviews and the month's close, and answers by name.
