About the fee.
Can I see my fee before I sign anything?
Yes. Create a company account and your fee, your contract and a full estimate are there before any commitment.
Why is the fee a separate line?
So you always see what reaches the person doing the work. A fee folded into a rate hides it from both of you.
Is there a minimum?
No. You can start with one person for part of a month; the first invoice covers the days they worked.
How does the 3-day trial work?
Your first hire works three days on a real task from your team. If it is not a fit, you pay nothing for those days and we keep looking.
What if it does not work out later?
If someone is not right in their first 30 days, we find you a replacement at no cost.
